The Trustees of the Palos Park Public Library are seeking applicants for two open seats on the library’s board.

One opening is for a regular term that started January 1, 2025. The other is an opening for a regular term that will start June 1, 2025. 

​

Library Board Trustees are appointed by the Mayor of Palos Park and the Village Council.

Applicants must reside in the Village of Palos Park and be able to attend board meetings on the third Wednesday of the month at 5:00 p.m.

If you have an interest in or have experience in any of the following areas we encourage you to apply:

-public libraries

-public service/volunteering

-finance

-advocacy
